Hand-trimmed mapping of the Google Directions API XML response -- only the fields RouteConverter actually reads (status, and each leg's distance/duration/step start+end locations); unmapped elements (copyrights, polylines, html_instructions, bounds, ...) are ignored by the schema-validation-free unmarshaller.
